  Silicon & Software Systems (S3)
Silicon & Software Systems (S3) commissioned Emmett & Smith in February 2007 to deliver an EMEA thought leadership programme for its consumer mobile division in order to position S3 as the industry leader for handheld TV and promote areas of definitive subject matter expertise. Throughout the course of the campaign, Emmett & Smith delivered professional, consistent and measurable results and positioned S3’s key spokespeople in the consumer mobile division as leaders within the industry.
 
       
  2Touch
2Touch appointed Emmett & Smith in July 2006 following glowing endorsements from contact and call centre industry experts.  The brief  - to help the company to develop a robust positioning and raise its profile regionally and nationally within the industry.
 
       
  Brathay
Brathay, a people development and training organisation, appointed Emmett & Smith in February 2003. The relationship has been a dynamic one in which the remit has evolved from a straight forward profile raising exercise, to encompass a comprehensive marketing planning responsibility. The focus has also developed according to the needs of the business; 2003 was about profile raising, 2004 message articulation and substantiation and the 2005 campaign is concerned with challenging assumptions and building business differentiation.
 
       
  Communicaid
Communicaid is a culture and communication skills consultancy which has employed the services of Emmett & Smith for several years on various strategic projects.  It has used the PRessence brand messaging programme to great affect to position its business for growth.  In 2006 the company commissioned a specific editorial project to support its developing business in the offshore call centre and out sourcing market – a remit which was successfully delivered and has been subsequently extended the following year.
 
       
  Cybersource
CyberSource, the payment processing and card not present fraud solution provider, contracted Emmett & Smith in November 2003 to build its authority in the professional trade press. In the first year Emmett & Smith secured and delivered CyberSource with 3 times more by-lined feature coverage than its nearest competitor as well as extensive topical comment and news profile; the campaign has been an outstanding success.
 
       
  Economist Conferences
Economist Conferences, the global publishing brand, commissioned Emmett & Smith in November 2004 to ensure the success of its Dubai Business and Investment Roundtable. The advantage of an Arabic speaking capability, in-house, enabled the delivery of extensive bi-lingual coverage in high-profile broadcast and national media surrounding the conference .Emmett & Smith secured coverage in both the UK and UAE for the Economist Conferences throughout February and March 2005.
 
       
  Fibercore
Fibercore Limited, the specialty optical fiber manufacturer, started working with Emmett & Smith in February 2002 on a three month trial project, initially to set up interviews and secure coverage around its key annual exhibition in the US. Now in its fourth year the campaign has adapted to a help the company meet a variety of challenges from countering competitive spoiling tactics to surviving global industry down-turn. A guru creation programme combined with confident industry comment has assisted the business to grow and meet its targets in a period when many of its competitors have simply ceased to exist.

First Virtual Communications, a US based web conferencing company, commissioned Emmett & Smith in 2003 to promote its solution in the UK. Working with agencies around the world a pro-active and high profile two year campaign saw national press coverage secured from as far away as Hong Kong and as close to home as The Independent.
 
       
  Island Pacific
Island Pacific, a leading retail technology specialist, has been working with Emmett & Smith since June 2003. Since the campaign began, Emmett & Smith has secured regular, exclusive coverage for Island Pacific in its core press, as well as extensive coverage across a range of strategic vertical publications.

LINE Communications, a custom learning and communications specialist, has been working with Emmett & Smith since November 2001. Scientific Atlanta Europe
Scientific Atlanta is a leading supplier of digital content distribution systems, transmission networks for broadband access to the home, digital interactive set-tops and subscriber systems designed for video and high-speed Internet and voice over IP (VoIP) networks. Following the enormously successful PR campaign for its subsidiary, Fibercore, Scientific Atlanta appointed Emmett & Smith in September 2003 to support its EMEA business and build its profile as a credible European operator. The campaign has enjoyed considerable success receiving extensive coverage all year round with notable peaks coinciding with the company’s attendance at key trade exhibitions.

In 2004, SITEL, a leading provider of outsourced call and contact centres, selected Emmett & Smith to implement an Integrated PR campaign. Having secured a remarkable 38 by-lined feature placements in just six months the contract was renewed for 2005!
 
       
  SPS
SPS, the audio visual specialist, started working with Emmett & Smith in 2001 to help raise its brand awareness. The Consultancy was selected by SPS due to its extensive experience and knowledge of the AV industry. Emmett & Smith successfully established SPS as an expert staging consultant and AV supplier in the live events arena.
