Andrius Kasparavicius and Laima Kasparaviciene founded the first PR agency in Lithuania, Komunikacija ir konsultantai, UAB. Andrius has worked with companies like Tele2, Cisco Systems, SmithKline Beecham, Vaasan&Vaasan and other organisations operating in both local and foreign markets.

Having implemented many successful projects for both local and international organisations, they are ideally placed to advise businesses on the Baltic State markets. Yossi Lempkowicz founded LEM & Co in Brussels in 1999 and worked as a Senior Consultant for Decitime from 2000 to 2003; one of the leading Belgian communications agencies. He was also the Chief Editor of the Belgian News Agency Belga for 8 years and a member of its management board overseeing a team of 80 bilingual journalists on Belgium, European Union and International affairs. Yossi also acted as a correspondent in Brussels for the Israeli daily “Jerusalem Post”, for the New York-based “Jewish Telegraphic Agency” and the “Jewish Chronicle” in London, covering affairs within the European Commission. An expert in public relations and Middle East affairs, Yossi is a founding member of the Representative Council of Belgian Jews (CRJB).

Stefano Voltaggio started his career as a freelance public relations practitioner in 1996 before managing the public relations and corporate communications campaigns for a number of multinational companies within the film, broadcast and satellite arena operating in Italy. Companies he worked for include Quantel and Christie Digital Systems. In 2001 he founded DI – diritto d’immagine together with Alessandro Censi Buffarini. Having built up a strong relationship with the editors of both the trade and national press, Stefano became the youngest Editor of Note di tecnica cinematografica. Stefano is also a scriptwriter and special FX supervisor and has worked with worked with HBO (USA), and Channel Four (UK ).
Alessandro Censi Buffarini, an expert in Neuro Linguistic Programming, has studied the psychological and human resource aspects of marketing and corporate communications extensively and worked for large Italian companies as Regional and National Sales coordinator. In 1998 he founded PSP srl., and later founded DI – diritto d’Immagine with Stefano Voltaggio. Together they served Stefano’s existing clients, while winning new accounts, such as British Telecom Broadcast Services and Texas Instruments. Godfrey Grima, a Fleet Street trained journalist, created ANG Ltd in 1971. He formerly worked as an FT foreign correspondent recruited by the great Sir Gordon Newton and has worked in several countries including the UK, Italy and North Africa. Godfrey has now been based in Malta for several years and is a member of the University of Malta Governing Council. He is also a producer of TV interviews and current affairs programmes, writes for the FT and is an active member of international journalist associations.

Paget Langford-Holt formed Grupo Albion in 1991 together with Alejandra Moore Mayorga and has ten years experience in investment banking in the United Kingdom and Spain. Born in London in 1957, he was educated at Wellesley House and later Shrewsbury School. After leaving Exeter University with an Honours degree in French and Arabic in 1981, he worked for Samuel Montagu & Co. Limited for five years as a graduate trainee in merchant banking (commercial banking, leveraged finance and film finance) and later securities trading (head of short-term trading and sales, commercial paper & FRN’s).
Paget worked for Kleinwort Benson Limited from 1986 until 1991, within the international corporate finance division in London. He was responsible principally for equity capital markets and M&A origination and in 1987 took responsibility for the bank’s operations in Iberia. Paget later established, and became a Director of, Kleinwort Benson España based in Madrid.
