Campaign Planning: With an understanding of your various objectives, strategies and tactics we will design your annual PR Programme. In this you will see for the first time the deliverables which will ensure that we meet and exceed your expectations. The PR programme will identify all the tools we will be using to deliver your communications needs and, where relevant, the process whereby we will manage the integration with your communications partners.
If appropriate we will then develop an Action Plan detailing the tactical chronology. This Action Plan will also identify where PR will impact with and support your various partner communications activities.
Precision Delivery: This phase is implementation-centric and is concerned with delivering the PR Programme, meeting the objectives and optimising tactical opportunities. Our process of Precision Delivery is concerned with desired outcomes, media negotiation and effective programme management.
