Lorraine Emmett: Director/Founder/Co-owner
Direct, passionate and feisty. Lorraine set up Emmett & Smith in 1994, with the prime purpose of providing accountable Public Relations solutions in the B2B sector at a time when the industry was criticised for its lack of tangibility. Her passion is delivering performance and exceeding expectations. Lorraine’s main role includes providing strategic direction for existing clients, and preaching the Emmett and Smith gospel to prospective clients and specifically the benefits of integrated PR. Lorraine designed and planned all the bespoke Communications Strategy Development workshop and consultancy programmes that the company offers and, in most instances, takes responsibility for delivering these initiatives in full. An experienced and well-rounded marketing communications professional Lorraine also takes a hands-on roll on key accounts developing both strategic and tactical solutions that help to address real business problems.
